The check-in process took far too long, exceeding published times!!! Regular maintenance could address plumbing issues and enhance room aesthetics!!!

Location right on Champs Elysees is perfect for exploring. Had issues with cleaning, though, which impacted our stay. Convenient bike rental available on-site for easy transportation.

Clean and spacious room, great service.

I enjoyed the space in my suite. The small kitchen was very useful, especially for someone who loves making meals. The staff were also around when I needed help.

Housekeeping did not come as promised. I requested extra bedding several times and received no response.

The two-bedroom suite was spacious and had a cozy kitchen which was perfect for our family's needs. We loved the Juliet balcony with great views.

This was just a commendable fit for a short interlude in Paris with good value. The staff was wonderful and our room was ready ahead of schedule. Book a room on a higher floor if you want some nice city views.

Everything was exceptional.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy living area that made chilling out after exploring super easy. The kitchen was fully equipped which was really handy for making quick meals. But the air conditioning was a bit unresponsive, and that was annoying during the summer heat. Overall, the comfort level was pretty good, just wished the temperature control was better.

Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience, especially thanks to the fantastic hospitality from Imteaz at the front desk, who made sure we had everything we needed. plus, it was just a short walk of around 2 km to the Eiffel Tower and less than a 15-minute stroll to the Petit Palais, making our weekend explorations super enjoyable.

The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing a simple breakfast a breeze. Location-wise, it’s ideal—right on the Champs-Élysées and close to shops and attractions.

The hotel had a great location and very friendly staff. However, the check-in process was quite troubling as I was sent to multiple rooms that were already occupied. The breakfast options became dull quickly, and there were issues with room cleanliness during my stay.
